Dear Sir/Madam, I am cameroonian and I am 20 years old, I would like to apply for a passport. I do not have one at the moment because it expired 4 years ago and I was not aware that there was a cameroonian embassy in Dublin. However, I have an Irish travel document, and when I applied for it they took my expired cameroonian passport. What required documents do I need to apply for a new passport and what is the procedure? I am looking forward to hearing from you, Kind regards, Ashley

Please advise as to where I may find a paper copy of the application form template as I find the evisa app not working by way of stating my country of origin. I have being granted a visit visa on a number of occasions over the last number of years and may wish to travel again over this coming xmass
