Dear Sir/Madam,
It's with great regret that I am writing this email. I applied for Tunisian visa to attend a 4 days meeting that was organized by my employer. but the visa was not denied. The embassy didn't even notify me, instead I had to call after 14 days before a lady picked up and checked in the system saying it was rejected. I requested for the reasons so that I could follow up or re-apply, but she said there was no reason since was rejected by the ministry of internal affairs in Tunisia and I should contact the ministry. I don't know how the system works in Cameroon but your website says reasons are always given for every rejection. I had already booked a flight which I am to travel tomorrow Tuesday 28th May at 6:20AM. But you didn't even help matters or give me a chance to re-apply or follow up. This same meeting was organized in Egypt last year, and this year we chose Tunisia only for me to get this outcome. I am so disappointed and hope you review your processes and better equip your staff
